Full Stack Developer

A startup health-tech (backed by a huge online fitness influencer with over 3 million+ followers across social media) are recruiting for a full stack software engineer to support them with their growth. You will be joining an exciting, fast paced, startup environment which has been thriving for 2 years, and will be involved in new feature development and maintenance of the app.

The app is already up and running, has thousands of monthly subscribers and includes hundreds of home workouts, gym workouts, yoga and pilates workout plans, along with the accompanying videos to teach you how to perform the exercises plus a nutrition section to suggest healthy recipes and regular live workout events and monthly challenges with the personal trainers.

Some of the up-coming new features you will be building:

••• Community section of the app to allow users to connect and speak to other members of the community who are local to them to allow them to meet up and workout together.

••• An AI tool which video records your movements to be able to give you suggestions in real time to improve the way you complete exercises. Essentially a personal trainer in your pocket!

••• A food and meal plan tracker allowing you to easily scan in barcodes to build your perfect nutrition plans. Plus tons of other cool stuff!

Tech stack:

• PHP, Laravel and SQL (Essential)
• JavaScript (Essential)
• Ionic & Capacitor or React Native / Angular / Vue

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
