Customer Care Advisor - Belfast - 24k

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a leading Furniture organisation with the recruitment of a Customer Care Advisor.

This company has a fantastic reputation, and is renowned to be one of the best employers in NI. This role will suit someone with relevant experience, who wants to join a fun and exciting team.

39 Hours per week (Monday to Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm, Friday 8.00am-1.00pm)

Office based Duncrue Crescent.

Salary

£24000 - £26,400 OTE + Fantastic Benefits Package & Future Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Answer customer, store and supplier queries on the phone and via email.
• Take ownership of customer complaints tracking through to resolution.
• Negotiate commercially with customers and suppliers.
• Process web generated sales orders & arranging delivery dates with customers.

The Ideal Person

• Excellent IT skills including previous experience of MS Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Customer focused approach.
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal.
• Excellent ability to multi-task.
• Must thrive in a high volume environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,105.71-£24,001.93 per year
