Part 2 Architectural Assistant

We are looking for talented and experienced full-time Part 2 Architectural Assistants to work in our North-West London office.

Your work will involve producing computer 2D drawings and 3D models for VIC Construction and our sister company London Joinery by Design, a business involved with timber door, staircase and window production.

You will be involved in projects across London and the South-East, familiarising yourself with the translation from design through to construction.

Tasks will involve site visits, drawing, modelling and managing project valuations. These skills will help gear you towards your Part 3.

Experience in joinery is a great advantage as well as being familiar with the production of door/window details. A good knowledge of building regulations would be advantageous too.

Essential skills for this job involve proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCad and Adobe Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator.

Experience in other programs such as Revit, SketchUp and 3DS Max and other rendering programmes will be very useful.
