Vivedia are an audio visual tech business based in Sheffield with customers across the UK. We've grown enormously over the last year as a result of customer success and innovation and are looking to hire a reliable, practical, adaptable, logical thinker with a can-do attitude to work as a Music Agent.

Are you a computer whiz with a love of music? If so, we might just have the perfect job for you.

To support our customers we supply hard-to-find music. Music requests are delivered and managed via a custom web-portal. Music is then sourced and delivered remotely to music players at our customers’ premises. Following continued growth we are looking for one more person to join our music team. You’ll work as part of a larger company of 90 lovely people in our freshly refurbished Sheffield offices – everyone who visits says how nice and friendly our workplace is. You’ll have shared responsibility for making sure all our customers are fully supported and happy with the service we provide. We’re great at what we do, so you’ve got a good base to start from!

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Both passion for and a deep knowledge of music
• Great computer skills – previous coding or competitive computer games experience is helpful
• A great attention to detail
• High levels of organisation and pro activity
• A genuine desire to offer a quality customer experience
• Committed and dependable with a positive attitude

You’ll be happy dealing with a daily inbound workload, searching the internet for hard-to-find music, and ultimately ensure the complete and timely delivery of all music required for the following day. There is no margin for error in the industries we work with.

There’s no timer running here— we value quality over quantity every time. We’ll provide training and development and you’ll get the chance to work in an environment where your ideas matter.

We don't work shifts either. Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. This is a full time role.

Our office is based in Sheffield near the City Centre. We’re just off junction 34 of the M1 and have free parking onsite, so it’s easy to commute from wider Yorkshire or Derbyshire, (including Wakefield, Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster, Chesterfield and Mansfield). The local buses are also convenient, and, for the environmentally conscious, we have safe cycle parking onsite.
