Applications Support Analyst

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Applications Support Analyst at our Head Office in Leatherhead to work within the Business Applications and Analysis team to provide support for our platforms across the Wates Group business, in particular our CRM and business user systems.

Key Accountabilities include:

• Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce, ServiceNow and a range of other cloud and client/server-based applications
• To be the primary point of contact for technical and administrative support to the system’s end users
• Manage system upgrade projects in conjunction with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Supporting the analysis for business-driven change requests and establishing likely business and application impact, the effort involved and high-level cost
• Work with the team in learning and providing support on the other business platforms

We are looking for you to have solid cloud and client/server system experience, ideally in Salesforce in particular. You will be proficient in the use of MS Office applications such as SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, and have knowledge of ITIL.

To be successful in this role you will be an effective communicator at all levels with the ability to develop excellent working relationships with the team, business users and stakeholders, and suppliers and support partners. You will be process orientated with good attention to detail and be able to produce clear and concise documentation.
