We have an exciting opportunity for several Factory Operatives to join our wonderful team at our Arbroath site. This role will work as part of the machine assembly line team, who are responsible for manufacturing luxury rigid box packaging predominately for the Scotch drinks market.

<br><br>

This position is based on a flexible work rota which includes early shift, back shift and day shift.

<br><br>

<b>How you will impact WestRock:</b><br>

You will operate as part of the assembly line, producing high quality rigid boxes primarily for the drinks market.

<br>You will successfully undertake simple assembly tasks, including box fold assembly, manual turn ins, fitment insertion, apply poly bags of sleeves, assembling shippers, inspection and packing.

<br>You will work on the lid production line, feeding conveyors and applying lid cards

<br>Assemble shippers offline and manually pack boxes

<br>Conducting a visual inspection to ensure products achieve the quality requirements

<b>What you need to succeed:</b><br>

Experience of working within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous

<br>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced & high volume manufacturing environment

<br>Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

<br>Good communication skills
