Self-Employed Commercial Cleaners
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Whittaker Smith Cleaning are contracted to do commercial cleaning on various refurbed projects around the UK. These are builders and sparkle cleans.
We are looking for self-employed cleaners to join us on an ad hoc basis as and when we get the cleans. The cleans generally are working 7pm until 7am. However, dependant on location we may have to leave around 5pm and not get home until 9am in the morning. Transport will be provided.
We are a great team and we work together to get the job done!
General tasks:
Wiping all surfaces from walls, skirtings, tables, kitchens and any other furniture / fittings.
Toilets, kitchens, hall ways, stairs, dining areas etc
Vacuuming, mopping, dustings, scraping paints off surfaces, windows
Ideally you will have experience of commercial / industrial cleaning. We are happy to speak to anyone with cleaning experience who is happy to work hard.
Our end goal is to get the building to a high enough standard for hand over, ready to be re-opened.
It is working long hours and we need people who are reliable and not scared of hard graft.
