Store Manager

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Wonderlust team! We are looking for a Store Manger to lead our store in the Bentall Centre in Kingston upon Thames. You will be responsible for the operations of the store, ensuring the store achieves targets and delivers results with commercial excellence. A love of sequins is encouraged!

Day to Day you will:

• Delegate responsibilities and tasks throughout sales team to ensure they deliver to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Manage the overall store operations and performance
• Manage regular performance reviews and probation reviews
• Organise the long-term store goals
• Manage stock levels and ensure minimal loss on stock
• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Ensure promotions, sales and visual merchandising directives are carried out to required standards
• Communicate clearly important information of promotions and product launches to team members
• Hold daily team briefs and share store KPI’s amongst the team
• Inspire the team to ensure targets are met and customers have an excellent experience

Experience:

• Management Experience (preferably in retail): 1 year required

Our pieces are carefully curated so that they can be loved endlessly. We are proud to manufacture our collections in our studio and locally throughout London, our pieces are produced in small batches and where possible the fabrics used are sourced from deadstock materials to minimise our overall waste.

Since 2018, we now have a permanent headquarters in Teddington, a flagship store in Kingston, have expanded our studio to a new location and are excited to be taking on a third store and newest venture in Westfields.
