Retail / Warehouse Assistant

We have a vacancy for a full time Retail / Warehouse Assistant at our Manchester (M12 5DD) Cash & Carry Store

Shifts:

Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

Week 2: Sunday 8.45 a.m. to 1.15 p.m., Monday to Wednesday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Thursday 11.45 a.m. to 8.15 p.m., Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00- p.m.

As a Retail / Warehouse Assistant your key duties will be:

• Checkout operation.
• Stock replenishment.
• Give great customer service.
• To join as part of a small, friendly, hard-working team.
• General warehouse duties

Retail / Warehouse Assistant requirements are:

• Experience within a retail or wholesale environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Cash handling / till / checkout experience preferred but not essential.
• Good organisational skills and a grasp of basic numeracy.
• The ability to communicate well at all levels.
• The drive and determination to succeed in a fast paced environment.
• A friendly and approachable person who can build relationships with both customers and staff.

Warehouse experience and a Fork Lift Truck licence would be preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.42-£10.82 per hour
