Location: Bolton BL2

Salary: £22-30k per year

Hours: Full time (permanent)

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for CNC Router Operator.

We are looking for CNC Router Operator to join us and become a valued member of our growing team at our production facility in Bolton. working on a AXYZ 3 x 2 m vacuum flatbed 3 axis machine.

The successful candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic and a good team player, self-motivated, well organised and have exceptional attention to detail.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CNC Router Operator to join an established company with over 30 years expertise.

Responsibilities will include:

• Programming and nesting CNC machine using 2D data
• Must be competent on Flexi Sign, Art Cam, Tool Path
• Oversee the CNC to ensure the works are of the highest standard of quality & efficiency
• Specify and order tooling
• Reviewing working practices to make department more efficient.
• Working with a range of substrates and materials - Cast and Extruded acrylics (3-30mm), polycarbonates, (Aluminium 1-10mm), Brass
• programming & operating: 2 years (preferred)

The applicant should be familiar with the machinery used in a fabrication workshop and be able to demonstrate fabrication, assembly and finishing skills. This is a permanent position and we are looking for someone to contribute to our busy team with minimal supervision after the initial induction period.
