Approved Electrician's & Improvers/Mates

Due to site demand at the company, we are looking for sub-contract electricians and electricians mates at the Maersk Distribution Centre, Doncaster.

We are looking for pairs of operatives at a minimum or gangs who have one electrician as a point of contact, who are experienced in working together, and who also work on fixed price packaged up works.

This is labour only and small companies who are used to fixed price work will have the advantage for the works as the packages will be of a significant value.

The works are commercial/industrial and not suitable for domestic electricians.

We have a good base of electricians already and look forward to taking more on the team.

We would be looking to keep working relationship going beyond this project, however, future works may be in locations across the UK so please consider if you are happy to work 'out of town' when applying for this project.

There will be set contractual site hours based on a 10 hour day minimum to progress as per programme.

Payment terms are 2 weekly – 2 weeks in arrears and an agreed value per day can be claimed from the price packages for an electrician of around £220.00 per day and from £150.00 for a mate depending on experience – when each package is complete the remaining balance can be claimed in full. There is no retention taken from any payments.
