Role Overview & Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join the busy Research & Development Blood Sciences team within the Scarborough, Hull and York Pathology Service (SHYPS) rotating between Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill sites, as a Band 5 Biomedical Scientist / Trainee Biomedical Scientist.
To qualify for the Biomedical Scientist role applicants must be registered with the HCPC. Individuals applying for a trainee position must have an IBMS accredited Biomedical Science degree or be an undergraduate of an IBMS accredited Biomedical Sciences degree course. Full support towards completion of the IBMS portfolio will be given.
