Sales Advisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Alloy Fix Ltd is a well known alloy wheel refurbishment and remanufacturing centre where we use an extensive process to get wheels looking brand new. We are looking for a sales advisor to be front of house speaking to customers and handling queries.

- Experience is preferred but not essential if you have the characteristics we require.

- Candidates with knowledge in cars will be favoured

The ideal person must be talkative, approachable and well maintained. Confidence is key for this role and being friendly!

Day to day tasks involve speaking to customers who come into store and on the phone, you will be meeting the customers requirements and giving them advice. We will provide you with the information and the knowhow (which you'll understand and pick up while with us) of how the workshop works and the process. Tasks also include filling customer paperwork, keeping track of orders and booking customers in, doing stock checks and selling our other services.

Working hours are Mon-Fri 8am to 5.30pm and 9-3pm Saturdays.

Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
